I am a Registered Dietitian, and I counsel clients one-on-one at Healthworks Fitness Centers for Women where I work with clients one-on-one. I help clients make healthy, sustainable changes to their eating habits that they feel excited about. I was a collegiate swimmer and I received my BS in dietetics and with a minor in Spanish. I enjoy being physically active and learning everything I can about food and how it functions in our bodies.
Kelly is a firm believer in whole foods and clean eating. Plenty of raw, plant-based foods and a good variety overall is the key to a healthy diet. The more closely we can eat a food in its most natural state, the healthier it is! Balance, moderation, and eating to live are all important facets of an eating regimen.
