I am currently on staff at the Hospital for Special Surgery and also see clients privately. Previously, I was a dietitian at Terence Cardinal Cooke Healthcare Center and have counseled patients at Rivington House and St. Luke’s/Roosevelt Hospital’s Center for Comprehensive Care. I hold a Masters of Science in Clinical Nutrition from New York University and completed my dietetic internship at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. I write for various food/health publications and also enjoy working with restaurants on their menus.
My priority is to empower clients to create lasting, positive change. To me, food is many kinds of nourishment, acting as a vital link between mind and body. When you’re well fed and feeling good, everything works better. My goal is to help clients see for themselves how enjoyable healthy eating can improve their quality of life.
