I have a masters in nutrition science from California State University-Los Angeles and a bachelors degree in broadcast journalism and mass communication from the University of Colorado at Boulder-Colorado. My main job is consultant dietitian for Guckenheimer, a fine dining catering service company in Southern California, and teaching Lunch and Learn seminars for CIGNA/Summit Health.
The more simple and unprocessed the ingredients in a meal are the better off you are. I believe in eating real food and enjoying what you love in moderation! Weight loss cannot be sustained by gimmicky trends and I can show you that healthy food doesn’t have to be ugly, boring or taste bad. It also doesn’t have to take forever to prepare! I specialize in teaching clients how to make easy, quick and healthy meals when you are pinched for time and how to understand food labels and making proper choices at the grocery store.
