Learn About Our Coaches
To join Rise, a coach must be a registered dietitian, the gold standard in the nutrition industry, which means they have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in nutrition, have passed a certifying exam (the nutrition equivalent of the Bar exam) and have a proven track record of success counseling clients. All coaches go through an extensive vetting & training process before working with Rise members.
Rise is focused on small, sustainable changes, which means you’re learning and building healthy habits that will be with you for life.
